Who We Are

Framefawn is a video studio in development. The business identity, address and jurisdiction for the final privacy notice have not yet been confirmed.

What You Send

• A project or School enquiry: your name, email, chosen interest and message, plus any optional project details and answer about how you found us.
• An enquiry reference and, when present, the recognised campaign code in the enquiry link you used. These help us match messages and understand that link’s purpose; they do not track your visits across the website.
• A written message or voice recording through the message device, with any contact details you provide.
• Information you choose to include when you send an email from your own email app.

The form does not upload project files. Please use a link you are comfortable sharing, and leave out passwords or confidential client material.

Sending An Enquiry

When direct sending is enabled, pressing Send passes your enquiry to this website’s message endpoint, which uses Resend to send it to the configured studio inbox. Acceptance by the email service does not confirm that it reached the inbox. The application does not save the enquiry to a website database.

When direct sending is unavailable, the project form prepares an email draft. Nothing is sent by that action. You review and send the draft in your own email app.

The message endpoint keeps a temporary count of requests from an internet address in server memory to limit abuse. Hosting and email providers may retain their own delivery and technical logs; their identities and retention settings must be confirmed before launch.

Voice Recordings

Recording requires your browser’s microphone permission. The recording stays in your browser until you press Send. You can listen, record again or discard it first.

Answering Your Enquiry

The enquiry form is for discussing a project or answering a School question. When a message reaches us, we can record the enquiry and the follow-up needed to answer it. Sending it does not add you to a newsletter or reserve a course place. No payment is taken on this website.

Cookies And Local Storage

The current application sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It saves two preferences in your browser:

• Your sound choice, on or off.
• The graphics quality suited to your device on Work and About. This choice is checked again after seven days.

These preferences stay on your device. You can clear them in your browser. Enquiry source information is not stored in cookies or used to follow you between visits. Future hosting or tracking changes will need to be reflected in the final notice.

Before Public Launch

The final notice must identify the responsible business, its contact and privacy rights process, the applicable legal grounds, hosting and email providers, any international transfers, and how long enquiries, recordings and logs are kept. These decisions are still outstanding. This preview does not claim that they have been completed.
